The New Mornings International Men’s Day Breakfast

We are excited to share that New Mornings will once again host our International Men’s Day Breakfast on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at the Dial Sports Complex, Penguin. 

This year’s theme, Men. Mateship. Mental Health., highlights the importance of supporting men and boys in our community by fostering connection, resilience, and open conversations around mental health.

We are delighted to welcome AFL great Russell Robertson as our keynote speaker. Russell will deliver an inspiring address, sharing stories from both on and off the field, reminding us of the power of mateship and the importance of standing together for men’s wellbeing.

This breakfast is a men-focused event, creating a safe and supportive space for men to connect and talk openly about mental health and mateship.

We anticipate this event will once again sell out, bringing together community leaders, businesses, and individuals who care deeply about supporting the wellbeing of men and boys.
