Tie Dye and Donuts in the Park
Bring along a piece of clothing to upcycle into a tie dye masterpiece and reflect upon this years theme of belonging, awareness and connection. All of those who attend and participate in the event will recieve a free BeaDoughs Donut*.
The purpose of the tie dye activity is to promote mental health and wellbeing through creativity, which positively influences mental health. This activity will also emphasise the importance of belonging, despite differences, in the visual example of colour and connectivity in the tie-dye.
The headspace marquee will be available on the day for you to come over and have a chat, grab some information and resources and have a turn at scoring some headspace merch. This event is supported by the Mental Health Council of Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government.
headspace Devonport and Burnie and lead agency Cornerstone Youth Services welcomes young people aged 12-25 and their family and friends to attend this enjoyable event.
