A display incorporating 3D and materials to be used in Tasmania’s new stadium as part of its deal to enter the AFL competition’s been launched at Hobart’s Macquarie Point.
The Design Showcase is open between 10am and 4pm daily until this Wednesday inclusive.
Mac Point Development Corporation CEO Anne Beach is ready to field questions from the public.
“Really encourage people to come down, I’ll be here as well as the Project Director and other people from our team so we get to answer questions that anyone has around the process, the next steps and how we got to here.”
Minister for Macquarie Point Urban Renewal Eric Abetz claims the public is warming up to the project.
‘Over 70% design work has been achieved, the excitement I’m detecting the community is growing day by day with this now coming to fruition.”
