A 26 year old constable from Tasmania’s south is on charges related to a deadly road crash at Penna in May.
Teresa Brown and her 16 year old son Jim were killed.
The officer is on two counts of causing death by negligent driving, driving while disqualified and without due care and attention and two counts of contravention of vehicle standards.

The woman has been stood down from duty and will appear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on the 9th of December.
