If you’re new to the Braddon Electorate, or have turned 18 in the past 12 months or so, you only have until Wednesday night to enrol to vote in next month’s state election.
Voting is compulsory and new voters have until 6pm tonight to enrol.
Tasmanian Electoral Commissioner Andrew Hawkey says the easiest way to update your details is on-line.

Mr Hawkey says there’s also options available for voters who may be away from home on election day.
Anyone turning 18 between now and election day can apply for a provisional vote to use on election day.
