Coastal Pathway project forging ahead

Work is progressing on the Sulphur Creek to Penguin part of the shared Coastal Pathway project.

More than three kilometres of new pathway has been asphalted and work is continuing on forming new parts of the track near Preservation Bay and Midway Point.

Excavation work has also started on the pathway near Hogarth Road at Sulphur Creek, which will include a tunnel under the Bass Highway to join up with an existing path on the Southern side of the highway.

More information on the project can be found on the Central Coast's website.
