Major changes to the Port of Devonport will be outlined at a special breakfast next week, being organised by the Devonport Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The chamber will host a breakfast at the Paranaple Centre next Wednesday with Tasports growth and development executive Stephen Casey and Searoad managing director Chas Kelly as speakers.

Mr Casey will outline the $240 million Quaylink project which will include a new relocated terminal and freight yard for the new Spirit of Tasmania vessels due to arrive in 2024.

Mr Kelly will provide an update on the replacement vessel for the Lekuit, currently being built in Germany.
