Suburban gunshot leaves 26-year-old hospitalised
A surburban street in Kings Meadows was last night shaken when a gunshot rang out in the area.
Police arrived to the residential property on Pinkard Street at approximately 7:30pm, responding to reports of a gunshot nearby.
A 26-year-old man from Nunamara was rushed to hospital after receiving a bullet wound to his thigh.
The man's injuries are not considered to be life threatening.
Investigations into the matter are continuing and police are following a specific line of enquiry.
