Concerns of cheap European chips being dumped on Australian markets

An oversupply of potato chips during the coronavirus pandemic in Europe has seen producers looking to offload inferior products on the Australian market.

Such a move could affect the viability of farmers and growers, the transport industry and factory process workers on the North-West Coast.

A rally tomorrow at Smithton will hopefully send a strong message to the Federal Government to intervene.

Martin Agatyn spoke to Mike Wickham from the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union (AMWU), which represents factory process workers, ahead of the rally . . .
