Monarch: Legacy of Monsters saw a surprising success for AppleTV when it released on their streaming platform back in 2023. It was renewed for a second season and it appears that in the newest season that the humans of earth have accidentally let loose a dangerous monster we’ve yet to encounter. Whilst the first season had a major focus on the human characters and their relationship with Godzilla and the discovery of monsters. Season 2 however appears to mimic its more recent cinematic entries in which the humans discover a new creature and will require the assistance of other creatures to save humanity. The newest monster has been titled Titan X and looks to be an underwater tentacle like dragon? I think? Either way it’s just a new fresh reason as to why I hate open water and the ocean.
